How can I help my son? He is 13 and has ADHD. He is not doing well in school and thinks that he should be able to do whatever he wants. He is getting older and I feel like I'm running out of time with him. What are my options since I make under 1000 dollars a month?

Our son is 17, has ADD, is respectful but constantly pushing the limits with our house rules. He has a court hearing coming up, most likely requiring counseling, he was active in youth worship and praise group..but has been depressed and seems to have cooled his faith. We home schooled for 9 years and he has been in the public school system for one month and is struggling with tests..They say he is polite and works hard. We are at odds trying to guide him.. he has no interest in college since H.S. Seems so hard...please guide us..we want him in a christian setting..this breaks our hearts...
