A great place where a parent can find unbiased teen help resources for troubled teens.

Parents Speak

Great thing to know that you provide certified information for teens help options. Can you guide me few coed schools or short term programs for unmotivated teens in Washington?
i would like to find a short term therapeutic/academic school with strict policy for my out of control teen. I cannot afford to pay much. He is becoming increasingly defiant with an I don't care attitude. He has done drugs, cigarettes and alcohol and started to show signs of interest in gangs. My husband and I have controlled his clothing and have set strict limitations but it is still challenging and we don't see it getting better. I know he is frustrated as he sees our rules as a control issue. We need an outside intervention.
