Services: The Academy at Sisters is a boarding school for troubled girls and at-risk teenage girls. The Academy is a private non-profit organization founded in 1968 located in Bend, Oregon.

The Academy at Sisters is a small exclusive all girls boarding school for at-risk teens ages 13-18.

The Academy is one program of six operated by J Bar J Youth Services, a private non-profit organization since 1968. Unlike many private programs, J Bar J is not affiliated with any larger corporate entity. We have provided a spectrum of services to youth and families for 40 years, and are proud of the hundreds of youth who have successfully completed our programs.

The average Academy length of stay is 10-18 months; however, our program is open-ended. Residential fees are $4785 per month, and are all inclusive. However, medical/dental costs and the equestrian program are additional, as well as an enrollment fee of $1000.

We also offer a transitional living program, Pathways, providing independent living within a guided and structured atmosphere.
