Aspiro is an adventure therapy program, provides therapeutic, direction, and personal empowerment through the use of a pioneering medical approach intertwined with every day adventure activities. It serves young men and women ages 13 to 18 and also young adults’ ages 18 to 30 years.
The programs offer by the center is strength- based and solution- oriented. The service provides by Aspiro is “solution-focused therapy" model united with "adventure therapy" to assemble self-efficacy and discern new coping strategies for dealing with old issues.
The main aim of the center is to ascend, aspire and infuse spirit. They also focus that students are taught many life lesson, personality development, and adventure-based activities designed to enhance their quality of life for years to come.
The students having the following characteristic are accepted by Aspiro:
- With a history of soft to moderate emotional and behavioral problems
- Low self-esteem
- Academic underachievement
- Substance abuse
- Family conflict.
Their therapy system is designed to cultivate the beginnings of important, positive change in a short period of time. The treatment programs helps the students to decrease the opposition to treatment and allows them to clearly realize the requirement for change, them the abilities and motivation necessary to make positive choices which lead to future victory. Besides this many other activities like river trips in rafts or canoes, skiing, snowboarding, top-rope rock climbing, caving, mountain-biking, horseback riding, primitive living skills, hiking/backpacking, arts and crafts, etc are provided here.
The center has well experienced and trained staff. They are also caring and dedicated to the student’s recovery which helps the students to lead along a path where hope and healing start.

Aspiro would be the best program for young and also for young adults. Here participates will get the treatment for their problems related to their mental strength. All those who are suffering from low self-esteem, mental and emotional problems and addiction will get the appropriate help from Aspiro. It main aim is give the recovery to the students and help them to find a new way for their lives, developing their personality and to enhance their qualities for their future. There are many other facilities like river trips, skiing, snowboarding, art and craft and many more provide to the students. Each activity helps students to go up to a higher level of self- efficiency and help them to be aware towards real life. They try to give their student a tool for success with their family and friends. So I’ll say this can be the best place for troubled young and young adults.
My friend is suffering from post traumatic stress syndrome since the loss of his parents in a car accident. He was working steadily before the accident but ever since the accident occurred he has lost his composure in life. He is also not very social any more and prefers left alone most of the time. Will the program help him get over his past memories and regain his control on his life? Will the center be able to enhance all the social skills in him?
