The College Internship Program at the Berkshire Center provides struggling youths a challenging, academic, internship and independent life experiences. The usually enroll youths in the age group of 18 to 25 years. They help teens to grow physically, emotionally, and academically. With the help of their program the teens develop self confidence and become responsible. Mostly teens with learning differences are benefited by their programs. Their curriculum is separately designed for each individual keeping in mind their goals. The admission to their programs is usually by phone contact, referral, interview, and admission. Each student is guided by a mentor that will help them to coordinate schedule, make short term and long term goals, cope up with life problems etc. There are different classes for reframing process, sexuality and relationship building, life skills etc. Each student will be given opportunity to improve their vocational skills and internship. The fee of the program begins from $37,000 that includes room, college/vocational courses. The student will learn new things as they move into different levels of support. By the time they reach level five and six the tuition fee range from $15,000 to $25,000. The career training loan offers easy loan and monthly installment for the fee. It is also possible for the parents to make the payment of fee by insurance reimbursement. The summer programs in the Berkshire give students a wonderful opportunity to explore themselves. There is also provision for the students to arrange trips between their programs.
