Discovery Ranch is a high-end troubled teen treatment center is located at the foot of the Wasatch Mountains. It focus permeates throughout the therapy, residential and academic programs which are intricately interwoven to create a unique therapeutic environment.

The center offers clinically intensive care with the foundation being experiential therapy. The experiential therapy provides a powerful and intense opportunity for students and also for staff to work together. The aim of this therapy is to form relationship, progress and life time memories.
The programs offers by the Discovery Ranch are comprehensive, integrating clinical and real life experience and they are:
- Feeder Calves (taking care of a newborn calf)
- Equine Therapy
- High and Low Ropes Course
- Horsemanship
- Quilt Tying (each student makes their own comforter)
- Community Service (working with handicapped children, helping at homeless shelter, and other “Forget About Me” projects)
- Make a Difference Day (crocheting quilts for homeless shelters and Primary Children’s Hospital)
- Life Skills/Goal Setting/Daily Planners
- Yard Work (weeding and planting flowerbeds)
- Various off campus activities (hiking, biking, running, camping, trips, etc)
- Academic Field Trips
They offer an outdoor education center/campus and the school day taking place in the afternoon and evening.
Therapists are available for students at any time and interact with students. This environment helps to cultivate and consent creativity on the part of therapists in working with students.

Discovery Ranch can be a good treatment center for teenagers. The center is unique from other treatment centers as they offer clinically intensive care with the foundation being experiential therapy. The experiential therapy is the main beneficial facilities of the Center. The center provides an atmosphere to work to gather for students and staffs. Besides the treatment therapy the students will be providing other curriculum activities like, feeder calves, horsemanship, life skills, make a difference programs and many more. These types of the facilities will help the students to grow in maturity. Thus this is the better place for students.
My child is lacking in cultural and ritual aspects of his activities. Finding the reason is very difficult for me I don’t know about this tendency of my child it may by due to his friendship or other things. Does your center guide this type of children who are having cultural and ritual problems?
