This organization is a nonprofit, freestanding mental health hospital. Each year this institute provides nearly six thousand children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with individualized, evidence-based treatment for mental health concerns and chemical dependency, as well as research and training for healthcare professionals. They look forward to continuing their tradition of healthcare excellence. They can tailor a community presentation, professional in-service or retreat to meet the needs of your group with their Training Specialist, Thomas Shiltz or Behavior Management Specialist, Karin Beal, as well other mental health speakers. Trainings can be arranged at one of the institute Hospital's locations or at a site of your choosing.
The institute offers programs year-round. They offer outdoor experiences on our two woodland ropes courses, and indoor experiences at your preferred site. All programs can accommodate from nine to two hundred participants per day. Knowledge may vary from a small number of hours to several daylong sessions depending on the needs of your team. It satisfied to offer a novel, indoor facility to accommodate your organization's experiential learning needs. You will have right of entry to many indoor high elements - including a climbing wall - and low level problem solving elements. The new facility also can be used to lodge workshops and conferences, allowing for lecture style seating up to hundred participants.
This institute is a center for team learning and growth. They use a variety of learning approaches to help your team sharpen its mind. Experiential learning is essentially "learning by doing.” Experiential learning allows individuals and teams to think creatively and adopt different views and perspectives about life situations. Experiential learning takes many forms: group interactions, facilitated discussions, and individual team-focused workshops.
