Inner Connections is engaged in healing struggling youths. They offer structured home like environment that help teens to cope up their life problems. Their programs help teens to develop sustainable life skills and live interdependent life comprising of family, friends, and community. By this way, they learn to make their choices and decisions and become more responsible. They enroll students in the age group of 18 to 24 years and work hard with them so that they get on right track.
The young adults are supposed to live independently during the program that provides a balance of guidance and independence. Mentors and advisor provide full time guidance, supervision, and support and help them to learn budgeting, time management, resume writing, study skills, healthy and nutritious meal planning etc. These make young adults grow into respectable adult men and women. The students at Inner Connections participate in daily and weekly basis in employment and attending school. Their Distance Intensive and Distance Coaching are options in programs for those living nearby who can attend morning classes. With the help of equal attention to each individual, by staff and faculty members, they restore well.
They have special in home consultation that provides assessment after analyzing the current situation of young adults and their families. Parents are informed about the performance and progress of their child. Parents are provided with the one-on-one coaching and group coaching tele-classes. Parents and their children both are provided with the same tools to take responsibility.
