Located in the rolling hills outside of Atlanta on the shores of a small lake, Metropolitan Serenity House is dedicated to help young men in crisis. From past 18 years, they accept only 16 boys, in the age group of 18 to 28 years, at a time to provide best of their treatment to them. With the help of their residential treatment program, they help teens to get back on the right track. CARES stands for Creating a Recovery Environment for Success. This recovery program is generally long tem process that require 24-hour staffing, medication regulation, nursing, counseling and psychiatric services.

With the help of 25 staff members they provide help to 16 struggling men’s. Their staff includes psychiatrists, family therapist, recreation director, educators and experienced addiction experts. They offer individual, group, and family therapy. Their programs and staff are devoted to provide long term changes in teens. Through therapy, they free struggling teens from their past experiences and commit to life of soberness. Their life skills training help teens to discover themselves and to develop positive potential. Some of their program and training include:

- Individual, group, and family therapy
- 12-step program
- Life skills training
- Job skills training
- Family education
- Adventurous recreation and many more.

Avener Bush School is a recognized private high school for Serenity House residents. College preparatory and study aid is also available for the clients. Gentry’s Option provides opportunities to the Serenity House graduates to live in an apartment with frequent visit by the staff members.
