New Horizon for Young Women is a healing intervention program created specially for girls and founded by Jacqueline Danforth. New Horizon for Young Women offers a six to nine-week retreat for girls’ ages 13 to 18, which are having intricacy with the transition between girl and womanhood.
They help to empower those girls so they can confidently meet the complex challenges of today’s society. The program helps those girls who have problems such as lack of participating school, running away, high irritability, excessive sleeping, hostile behavior, loss of interest in positive activates, isolation form friends and feelings of sadness.
They give an opportunity to struggling girls to reflect on past decisions and future choices to discover their internal power and the value of personal challenges and healthy relationship. The program helps hundreds of girls with all sorts of challenges from low self-esteem, academic underachievement and motivation issues to eating disorders, drug and alcohol experimentation and depression to physical aggression, defiance, self-abuse and sexual promiscuity.
The program gives clinical therapy for emotional growth and self help education. The special training is given for experiencing the each face of the life. The knowledge of the emotional- growth is given to the students that will help them learn to act and communicate more effectively. This is divided in five-phase programs which encourage each girl to face her negative image, learn about the qualities of healthy relationships, take responsibility for and understand any unhealthy choices she has made , stop negative, self-destructive ways of thinking , plan how she will begin to use her strengths in a healthy manner.
They have excellent team for teaching which will try to understand the girl and according to that they will give the training to her.

The New Horizon for Young Women can be a good place for young lady who want to learn about the real virtues of life. This is specially meant for the young girl so the special focus will be give on the each problem of the young girls. The girl can find the solution of the problems like high irritability, excessive sleeping, hostile behavior, eating disorders, depression, self abuse and many more. They will be treating to take their responsibilities for her unhealthy behavior, qualities of healthy relationship and for others. So they will be able to live happily and to find a better way of their lives. So in my opinion the New Horizon for Young Women is the best place for girls to find a better lifestyle.
