Northwest Passage System is providing comprehensive and integrated residential and community based mental health service since 1978. The programs offer a community-based healing alternative that grants rigorous intercession and defensive mental health services for adolescence.
The services provide by the program are according to individual’s requirements. Theses services are to restore dignity, emotional wholeness and a sense of self- worth into the lives of young people that are experiencing community collapse and disturbing chaos. These ideas are promoted by providing a treatment community that reopens the possibility of renewed self- respect. The main motto of program is to assisting the resident to the communities. The services are provided depending on individual needs and the treatment plan of each resident.
The student accepts by the Summit Achievement may exhibit such characteristic:
-Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse
-Abuse Issues (Physical, emotional, sexual)
-Anger Management
-Cognitive Difficulties (Thinking Errors)
-Diagnostic and Functionality Questions

I’ll say Northwest Passage System is the best place for those who are suffering from drug and alcohol addiction and mentally troublesome. It is providing residential and community based services. They offer the programs to improve the strengths of each community they work. They attempt to have each community see their program as a creative asset. They run many programs including educational programs and individual and group counseling. They believe that each individual is unique and the need of each one is different so their services are provided according to each person’s needs and treatment plan for every one. Here a person can get help to become free from every person and will be able to find a new beautiful and energetic life.
My friend’s son has developed the habit of consuming drugs and alcohol. He was a very intelligent student but with due to his bad company became an addict.
