Old Me New Me is a CD program for children and teens that helps decrease negative behavior, ADHD, anxiety and other negative ways of thinking. The program consists of 2 relaxation segments and 11 stories that help children and teens deal with trauma and other emotions that can be difficult for them to handle. This program has been well researched by numerous universities and found to increase attention and focus, improve peer relationships, and decrease anxiety and ADHD behavior.

Old Me New Me is the residential treatment center for the troubles children who are struggling with the problems of ADHD, hyperactivity, Anxiety, frustration, and the psychological symptoms. They offer them self esteem, concentration, and good behavior.
