Shelterwood is a Christian residential treatment center. They help those teens who are facing various problems such as depression, substance abuse, academics issues and low self esteem etc. Their main goal is to give lasting change in teen’s behavior. They help the teens in every possible phase. They have two campuses in United State: one in Missouri and second in Colorado State. This is licensed by residential Child Care Agency (RCCA). They provide challenging environment to teens. Their staff is experienced people and they help each teen.
When teen are under risk, they provide a dynamic atmosphere to them. They help the tens to modify their behavior, building character, and attitude. For that they offer their program in five levels.
Objectives of five levels programs are:
- Orientation to new living environment
- Identify needed attitude and behavior change
- Working on identified Problems
- Develop New Attitude and behavior
- Consistently show new attitude and behavior

Last week I visited a town near Colorado. I was surprised to know that most of teens of the town are addicted to various substance abuses. These addictions are spoiling their lives and also destroying the social & cultural heritage of the town. Is in your treatment center any facility of organizing seminars available to aware people of such towns about ill effects of addiction?
Shelterwood is an institute providing residential treatment facilities to disturbed teens. Organization’s aim is to serve the Christian society but they also treat troubled teens of other communities. Group treats teens having problems such as drug addiction, low self confidence, slow learning and many more. For the teens who are die hard addicts academy have separate and more effective programs.
