Storm Ridge Ranch, established in 1986, is a working ranch for boys in the age group of 13-17 years that are facing unusual behavior, authority related issues, aggression, stealing and lying problem and disorders such as ADD, ADHD and ODD. Brian Wood is the Executive Director of the program. The ranch offer effective academic, therapeutic, and life skills programs to the struggling teens. These programs are designed in such a way so as to develop in young men strong work ethic, responsibility, team work, cooperation and social skills. The average length of stay in the program is 9 to 12 months and this is determined by the progress made by the student in the program.
Storm Ridge Ranch provides clinical staff that imparts knowledge that effective in helping adolescents. Students are provided full support and guidance by the staff and faculty members to find answer to the problems faced by them. The therapist and counselors provide individual counseling and therapy including one hour of substance abuse counseling and one hour of group therapy. They provide safe and caring environment for the struggling teens to grow well. The classroom sizes are small with equally small teacher to student ration i.e. 1:12. The staff acts as role models for he clients. Academics are complimented by full roster of extra curricular activities such as art, music, crafts, sports, and service projects. Recreational activities at Storm Ridge Ranch include seasonal camping, fishing, house boating trips to Lake Powell, sledding, and snow hiking.

Storm Ridge Ranch, established in 1986, is a working ranch for boys in the age group of 13-17 years that are facing unusual behavior, authority related issues, aggression, stealing and lying problem and disorders such as ADD, ADHD and ODD. The average length of stay in the program is 9 to 12 months which depends upon the progress made by the students in the program. Financial assistance is available to pay the fees in easy monthly installments.
