The Executive Director of the program, Dr. Jean Robinson, started this to help people with learning disabilities. Strive, Inc. is a non profit, certificate granting, college campus and community based career life planning program committed to help youths and adults facing challenges of learning disabilities. It is an acronym for Support & Training Resources for Independence & Vocational Education. They provide their students with programs and services such as career life planning, community services, social skills, community service learning, residential living, academic referral, and many more. The core courses of Strive include:
- Job Exploration
- Job Counseling and Support
- Job Training and Apprenticeship
Job Exploration course is designed so that students should participate in work experiences in community. Job Counseling and Support is designed to help students to search job via career assessment, exploration, changes, and initial job search. In Job Training and Apprenticeship each student is provided with individual counseling and job development. There are other programs also to enhance the skills of students. These programs include:
- Business skills training
- Self empowerment
- Knowledge to computers
- Introduction to windows, MS power point, desktop publishing etc.
They have certain programs that have tie ups with business providers to provide the students with employment opportunities. These programs are known as business partnership programs. Students are also benefited by the community service learning as they learn how to serve people of society, self-esteem, discover themselves etc.

Strive, Inc. is a good help option for youths and adults with learning disorder. Strive, Inc. is a non profit, certificate granting, college campus and community based career life planning program. They have different elementary courses and some other courses that are secondary courses. There programs makes the student confident and responsible and make them capable enough to get the job.
Most of teens are facing problem of depression. Increasing competition in every field is biggest reason of it. Because of increasing rivalry every teen has to do his best every time. Is in your center any therapy available for treating unmotivated teens?
Strive Group has all useful and necessary facilities for treating troubled teens facing problem of depression. Treatment organization is well-known in the state because of its sophisticated treatment programs. Yoga is the key program in the center. Past outcomes of treatments done by the group speak for it. Group is performing nicely.
