The Teen Monitoring Program is designed as a proactive approach to behavior modification. Our goal is to reduce or eliminate disciplinary problems by enforcing parental rules through tough love, constant attention, positive reinforcement, and proper role-modeling. The process begins with the implementation of a disciplinary plan which is designed by the parent (with our help if needed). The disciplinary plan is then monitored and enforced through our agency.
We operate under the assumption that it takes a whole village to raise a child. We understand that it is an immense responsibility to raise a child in today's day and time. Parents reach a point where they feel overwhelmed and feel that boot camp might be the only answer. Our hope is that we can eliminate the need to remove the teen from their immediate environment and modify their behavior at home. This way, both teens and parents will benefit from learning how to make effective changes together. We work closely with both teens and parents to decrease conflict, increase effective communication, ensure understanding, and enforce stability through discipline.
