The program works for the development of at-risk youth. The centers of this program are located in several states of United States of America. It is open to male and female of sixteen to eighteen years of age. It gives admission to the students who are unemployed, high school drop outs, and learning disable. It provides rigorous training to the students and gives its best for the progress and development of teenagers. It runs several training programs and work for the mental and emotional stability of enrollees.
Training consist life skills training, job skills training, physical training, leadership and fellowship training, and academic education. The purpose of the training program is to produce disciplined and successful adults. After the training program students have got the good job or taking education. It is working for more than twelve years and more than seventy thousand have graduated from thirty-one programs. These programs have helped the high schools dropouts to resume their education.
Programs are cost-effective and very much helpful to the teens at risk. It offers program in two phases, residential phase and post residential phase. It provides every thing that is needed to succeed. Center is located at thirty one locations so it very easy very easy to excess. In 2005 over seventy percent students received their high school diploma and fifty seven percent graduates have joined the work force. These figures show the success story of the program.

We basically target the students of ages between sixteen and eighteen. Students who are school drop-outs and who are currently unemployed can get the entry in our academy.
