They help those teens that are suffering behavioral problems, alcohol/drug abuse, low self esteem, peer pressure, and depression etc. They enroll the teens of ages 14-20. The length of their programs is 3-6 months. They also provide long term program if required. This is a small organization. They enroll only three teens of ages 14-20 years. The teens live with them as a family member and take part in all challenging and interesting activities. They offer challenging environment to them to develop confidence and self esteem.
Personal and social growth is the main part of life. So they offer challenging environment to teens to improve themselves. They encourage the teens to change their behavior. They do not provide any academic program to teens. They believe that internal support is essential to change teen’s behavior. So they offer family support to teens. They mainly offer behavior modification program to struggling teens. Their behavior modification program is cost effective.
They offer a peaceful environment to teens. In the challenging and structured environment, teens live with happiness. The staff members help them at each step.
