Utah Preparatory Academy is a licensed residential treatment for students facing depression, anxiety, anger, and low self-esteem. Those teen who are rebellious, runaway from home, ADD/ADHD, showing poor performance and grades are also benefited by their programs. Their mission is to motivate struggling teens to grow physically, emotionally, and socially and achieve success in all aspects of life.
Students at Utah Preparatory School receive good academic environment that provides good learning and creative environment. They offer academic growth, service, and recreational activities to their students. The students are in touch with their families via monthly telephonic calls, letters, as well as taking part in parent weekend. Parents are even updated about the performance and progress of their students from time to time.
Apart from academics, each individual is given therapy including group and family therapy. Therapeutics at Utah Preparatory is administered by licensed clinicians. Their Insight to Independence Plan (ITIP) pays emphasis on insight development, assessment and improvement of decision-making, achieving desired goals, restoring families, and transition-to-home plans.
