All teenagers are not similar, some like to make friends and other wants to live alone. It is because every human being has different behavior. But, in today’s competitive world, teenagers with low energy face problems in schools and with friends. Parents must give most of the time to their growing teens because most of the time, they feel alone.. Teenage is a time when they need help and guidance. Lack of guidance leads to wrong decision. And repeated wrong decisions bring lack of confidence and depression. Depression is the main cause of low self esteem, depression force teens to takedrug or use alcohol.
