Hi, I am Phil and I have taken this bad habit of drinking. I want to get rid of this habit. Please help me how can I overcome this problem.
1. Mr. Phil, As you have addicted to the bad habit of drinking Alcohol, I know its very hard to stop it, but it not so big problem as seems, but if you really want to left it, then first promise with yourself that I never drink more. Not only say, you have to mean on your words, you must try to keep away from alcohols, I know you wouldn’t feel well but have to try as much as possible. Once you control on your feelings then it’s a big victory of you on you.
Try to avoid bad friends who are already addicted to alcohol. Try to have Lemon water as much as you can. It makes you fresh and healthy and away from the feeling like dehydration and more. Live the present and try to forget your past, if you have this problem due to any particular reason or accident.
You must try to have something other than alcohols. Keep yourself busy in your daily routine, don’t be tense and try to be happy. Try to spend your almost time either with your true friends or family members, which care you, help you in such condition. Always try to go for morning walk, Gym to keep your body fit.
Please write some bad effects in points of drinking alcohol on a big chart paper and stick it on the face wall of your bed room and small chart paper on your office cabin, which always realize you that how alcohols effect your life physically and as well as by health. You can self motivate yourself by reading the chart. These points give you an extra confidence in order to fight your problem.
Even If you are not in the condition of getting rid from alcohols then you must consult the Doctor (Drug specialist), there is free camp running of some hospitals in US. Doctors there are well qualified and experienced. They will help you to come out from this problem.
