What can parents do to save their child from bad company?
Parents must give extra time to their children. Parents should talk with teenagers on any topic of their interest, even for 5 minutes. By this parents can share some thoughts or some secrets. This will keep your teen comfortable and relaxed.
Treat your teens as a member of the family, give them some tasks, and give responsibilities. By this teenagers will understand their role, responsibilities in the family.
Give big smile whenever you see your child. When the child receives a positive vibration from the parent then he can understand importance of parents. Positivity is the solution for teenagers growth.
By giving proper knowledge you can tell teens, what is good? And what is bad? Tell Teenagers about the surroundings, what is actually going wrong dude? How should he react with others? Bla bla… Don’t get irritated with your teens behavior. Understand your child’s needs like what do he wants? What he needs? Etc.
To do for parents… Encourage Teens when they show great behavior. Give compliments like I am glad you are mine. Parents should always understand or feel teen’s world to solve their problem.
Tell teen that his family really loves him. And also try to meet his friend so that you know his company and their background.
Become a teacher for your child & teach them to choose their friends wisely. You try to become their Role Model.
Monitor the activities of your child. Check his routine from morning till evening. Make them talk to different people & help them making new friends.
Parents should be frank enough with their child. A child should be given liberty to some extent & if parents think he’s into a bad company then they should keep a watch on them & make them realize, by talking to them that what’s wrong & what’s right.
