I am 15 year old student and I am facing problems due to my anger. I want to remain calm, but I often loose my temper on small matters. Due to this habit of mine, my parents also feel disturbed. I have lost all my friends due to my anger. Is there any method by which I can control my anger? Please give me some advice?


There are some tips that you have to follow in order to manage your anger. Take a time out and count to ten before reacting or put down the situation altogether. Do something physically exerting. Physical doings can supply an opening for your emotions, particularly if you're about to explode. Go for a walk or a run, swim, lift weights or shoot baskets.

To overcome from your short temper problems you have to start participate in recreational activities. Such doings will surely help you to think in positive manners.

I know you are very younger, as you said you are only 15 years of age. Most of the children suffer from high anger disorder. In order to cure this problem, you just try to be calm and peaceful. Whenever you feel very disappointed and upset by the wordings of other person, you immediately leave that place and think something else.

Your problem is a case of anger disorder problem, and in this case usually person loses temper or control very frequently. I am suggesting you a therapy program i.e. laughter therapy which seems to be very odd, but it is very effective treatment. Secondly, you can devote some time in meditation also which will benefit you a lot.

It is true that this type of anger can cause a lot of problems in our day to day life. You must control your anger. Exercise daily and try some meditation as it will relieve you a lot. You can also take help of a good psychologist and follow his/her advice. You should understand that this is not a disease but just a mental condition and it can be cured easily.
