Hi. I am Spencer. Whenever anything not goes in my favor or anyone comments on me, I feel so angry feel like killing that person. One of my friends was kidding with me and commented on me, I had beaten him so badly that his hand was broken after that I realize my mistake, that what I did was wrong but at that point of time I can’t control my anger. And I have loosed one of my best friends, I don’t know what’s wrong with me please help me.

Spencer you are alright, but you are just suffering from high temper problem. Whenever you think that somebody is making fun of you and kidding with you, you just left that place immediately and think something else. If you think like a friend not an enemy, you will surely come out from this high temper problem.

You should start concentrating your mind towards god and peace, you will definitely feel relaxed. Try to ignore those people, whoever comments on you and create friendly environment with friends and tell them about your problem, so that they stop commenting on you.

You realize your mistake that’s good and you should apologize to your friend that you will never repeat it again. And when ever you gets angry think of the consequences of your anger before doing anything and judge whether it is right or wrong. Then also you can’t control try to leave that place where you gets angry.
