My name is Ben. I’m one of the best students in the class. I observed myself that I’m in experiencing severe anger problem. I get anger to each and every issue. With this strange behavior I lost most of my best friends. I don’t know what to do and how to control my angry. I can’t imagine the consequences if it was continued for some more time. Ben should read books that help him to find out the causes of his behavior. When he will know the causes of his behavior, he will try to control on his existing behavior that affects others also. He should spend his time doing extra curricular activities. Extra curricular activities are better option to reduce anger. He can pass his time through chatting, helping others, playing games, and so on. Because when he will not be having time then he can not think about anger.
He should create the situations where he is good. He should try to ignore friends by whom he gets anger. There are different situations that create anger, he should think all the problems will be settling down when he will take the issue easily.
I will suggest to their parents to talk him and know about the problem. Parents should talk with their child by creating a pleasant environment in the house. That he feel he is talking with their friends. This method would bring good results to reduce his angry.
There might be a problem with his friends or school teachers. When students are not able to understand the particular lessons and they can’t able to perform well in the school. As you said he is one of the best students in the class, in order to keep up his ranking he should perform well, so there might be an issue in understanding lessons and performing well in the examinations. So try to find out more information from his school.
The problem may be related to his studies. If he wants to join in a particular course but parents are forcing him to take their favorite courses. This might be one of the reasons for his recent angry. So try to analyze all his study related interests and make him to choose his favorite courses.
