My child is 17 years old. Normally he takes more food but maintains his eating habits. Recently I observed he is eating lot of food. He is not following any of the eating habits. Last night I observed he is stealing money from my wallet and buying eatables. I warned him number of occasions but he is not listening to my words. Please suggest your opinions that help my child to come out of this habit.
This is best time for you to motivate your child to join any of the fitness center and gymnasium. Health care programs of gym will let him know the real benefits and advantages of good health. Teach him about the various sorts of diseases which directly starts with obesity and unbalanced diet.
Keeping in view your child state, I can suggest you to give advice to your son for joining best health center. Right now he is eating a lot food, just because he is not doing regular work out. Regular work out will strengthen his muscles and he will eat within limits only. You just talk him very graciously and suggest him for gym.
You said that your child is only 17 year of age, and it’s general that at this point of age children’s diet also increases. It might be the case that your son is eating a lot just because of growing age. You can also consult with the doctors about his extra eating habit. They will give your child best advice and medication.
You need to make your son understand about the real benefits of balanced diet in our day to day life. Tell him to go for morning walk and jogging. It will keep him fit and fine. Sometime unnecessary appetite starts with laziness and less workout. It also increases body weight. So encourages him to join gymnasium.
If your child love to eat fast foods on regular basis, then it is helpful to provide more eatables in the home itself. If you provide in the home itself then they won’t try to go outside for food. Make sure that the food prepared in the house doesn’t contain any fatty materials.
Show them the visuals of eating more food and the problems faced by most of the people. So, that they could understand easily about the effects of eating habits. This method helps them to view the consequences and understand the situation if they eat lot of food they would also become more fat and face lots of problems.
