My 15 years old daughter is suffering from high depression and stress, I don’t now why but I have been observing this for the last 1 month. He always sits alone in her room and never goes to market with his friends. She always shows arrogant and bad behavior with his friends and others. I need your help please suggest the best solution for my daughter.

Firstly you have to talk to your daughter in very polite manners. Try to know what basic reasons behind her depression and stress are. It may be because of break off in her relationship with boy. Some time girls get depressed after their break off. You can take her to any of the specialized doctor or psychologists.

As you said your daughter is in some sort of depression which simply means she is facing some sorts of psychological and mental problems. Her arrogant behavior specifies that she is troubled teenager and she require special guidance of instructor. You can send her to private teen school for recovery programs.

Your daughter is 15 years old and in teenage, usually children suffer from stress and anxiety problems. I think she might be suffering from exam tension and aloneness and some sort of physical problem. The best step to cure these problems is to arrange some picnic programs and tries to talk to her very coolly.

Firstly you do one thing i.e. take her away to any counselor because counselors are those people who can judge your daughter’ condition very well. You can also do one more thing i.e. just go to her school and collect the information about his behavior and attitude from school mates. These guys can give you some clue of her changing behavior.
