Hi this is Eva, I have one daughter who is sixteen years old. Recently I came to know that she is addicted to drugs and alcohol. I don’t know from when she has started to consume it but I think she has become chemically dependant on these substances. Suggest something to me for my daughter?

As far as your daughter is concerned, she is simply suffering from drug addiction. As a mother you need to be very attentive towards your daughter and give her love. Usually when children get in the grip of addiction, they need best direction. Your daughter can get back into her simple life, if you give her friendly touch.

Hi Eva, I can imagine what will be your condition right now. Look Eva this time unnecessary decisions can put you in great troubles. You firstly try to talk your daughter in very polite and calm manner. May be in this way she share some of her problems with you. Else you can consult to some psychologists.

Eva, your daughter is chemical dependent and it is not good for her health. In my view point you need to take your child to any experienced psychotherapists where he will surely get some better treatment. You just check it out whether she is having bad friend’s circle, if yes? Then try to keep your daughter out of the reach of these children.
