My name is Brett and I want to help my friend Jason. He is currently taking drugs just because his girlfriend cheated on him. Actually both love each other very much but once he has seen her with another boy in some unacceptable condition, then he start drinking and taking drugs like cocaine and heroin. I tried to help him very hard but he is not listening to me anymore. I don’t know whether I have to tell to his parents or not. If do you have any suggestion for me then please help me out?

At this situation you need to give moral support to your friend. Usually at this situation, people get involve in addiction problems. You said that your friend started off taking drugs, so do one thing if you are his real friend then make him understand and tell him the bad impacts of addiction. You can also take him to addiction recovery center where the experts give the treatment.
