Hi, this is Carol I am eighteens years old girl perusing my graduation from oxford university as we all know that how the education is important for us to become perfect in this world. But these days I can’t concentrate to my study as how it’s important to grow our knowledge, I think I have some problems it been happing from the last few days back. As I am getting full support and help from my family and friends.

As far as your state is concerned you need to do some yoga sort of exercises. Try to study in short interval and take some break while studying. After trying all these things, if you didn’t see any improvement then takes the help from any consultant. You can meet these consultants in inpatient treatment camps.

In my opinion you are perfectly fine and you are not suffering from any trouble. You should study as well as enjoy with your friends. As we all know that study is important but for studying your health should be good. So take a healthy diet regularly and avoid all bad activities if you are involved. And do some exercises in the morning and in the evening.
