My daughter is 17 years old. I am noticing from last few months that she is not paying her full attentions and dedication towards her studies and home activities. She always remains disturbed and quite. I don’t what has happened to my lovely daughter. How should I talk to her, suggest me?

You have noticed all these things from last few months, so in my opinion she might have got love destruction. Secondly, quiet possible that she is having any exam tension. You can take her to troubled teens schools, where the step by step treatment is given by the expert psychotherapists and the counselors to these troubled teens.

I think something wrong has happened at home and might be at school. I would advice you to speak up with her and get to know the reason for his modified or changed behavior. In order to increase her concentration power, you have to take care of her and give her lots of love and affection.

I think your daughter is struggling because of psychological problems. May be she ahs not got that much success in her academic result as much she was expecting. To know exactly it will be very nice if you consult to a psychologists and doctors of clinic.

Your daughter is teenager and at this age some of children get depressed because of some matters. Try to talk her and give her your full support. Your caring attitude and attention will definitely boost her up and she will share her personal feelings and problems with you.
