I am a mother of sixteen years old son and living with my parents. My son was in Great Spirit to join any of the sports academies and wants to become team member of rugby team. But from last some time he has started to loose his hope. He is not that much confidant now. How should I increase his confidence, please suggest me?

To gain his confidence you may have spend more time with him and guide him to reach his objective. You can do this by finding a relevant sports academy for him and make him realize that he has that much caliber which is required to being a good sportsman.

In order to regain your son’s confidence level, you will have to take some serious steps such as don’t let him feel alone and unconfident and always encourage your son in any activity. Arrange some good books which can boost up his morale and self-esteem. Parents support is very essential because it gives lots of strength to children.

In my opinion, your son is suffering from little bit shyness and low confidence problem. At this point he definitely needs counselors support and help. You have to visit struggling teen’s recovery camps. In these camps, the proficient therapists and the experts give the treatment. They will guide your son and your son can overcome his problem very smoothly.
