This is Roger and I am a citizen of West Virginia. My problem is that my fourteen years old son is struggling with shyness, exam fear, sleepless ness, depression. So many times I have asked him, but he always refuses to answer me. He is very good in singing and dancing, but he is not able to face the people. Please help my son.

Roger, usually in this age a large number of teens faces these problems such as shyness and sleepless ness. These boys and girls need special support from their love ones. So you himself, can guide and support her and you can also get the assistance from his school friends and teachers.

If your son is not able to face other people, then I think it might be the mistake from yours side, like you will have never appreciate and encourage him in any activity. There is one more option for you i.e. you can send him to unmotivated teens school. In these schools, he can get the best environment and in this way can overcome all his troubles.
