| Please help, do you have any low cost programs or scholarships available--why is it that only the rich can help their children--I am only 21 y/o and the legal guardian to my 12 y/o sister--She is from a drug environment and was molested at the age of 6 by her biological father--She has severe emotional and behavioral problems and needs help immediately--I would like to get her away from the family for help as I can not deal with her on a 24/7 basis--Please help me to save her!!! We have already tried foster care to no avail. |
