Hello, I and my boy friend are together since two years now. We spend beautiful times together with obviously some fights. But I have now realized that those little fights have grown into big fights which are not only verbal but also physical. Sometimes, I am scared of him and I don’t understand where this big amount of anger comes from? When he screams, I feel that he is not the man I love since two years. Help me and our relationship.

Hi, I can’t understand that you feel scared because men are usually stronger physically from women. But if you feel that this change in his personality is drastic then it means that there is some reason behind. It might be some problem into controlling his anger. I thin you should avoid those topics where you know he is going to get angry. You should also go to a therapist and then slowly take him along.

You really have to find out the reason of your big fights with your boy friend. It is not a big problem because every couple fights. You just have to tackle situations with patience and understanding.
