Hi! I am Denise. I am a high school student furthermore I am suffering from a huge trouble these days. I am loosing my attention in studies from last few months. I have no more interested in sports and other activities also. Due to this I am feeling very much depressed and get failed in other things. I don’t know what to do. Is this problem serious? What can I do?

Yes, this is a serious problem; every thing has a reason to occur and you may not be able to find out the reason behind that. If there is no reason behind the lack of concentration it means you are facing the difficulty of attention deficit. Usually it happens at this age which causes depression and failure problems. You don’t need to worry about it. Take some prescription and treatments from some of the experienced physiologist and therapists.

Hi Denise, you are suffering from the attention deficit disorder. You need to make to a schedule and have to follow it every day. The schedule should include homework time and playtime. Post this schedule in a prominent place in the home. Note that you need consistent rules that you can easily follow.
