Hi, my name is Carla, I am eighteen years and feel that something is wrong with me. Since last past few months, I just can’t concentrate on anything: whether it is on a lesson at school or my piano lessons and even watching my favorite soap on the TV. My best made me realize that I don’t even listen to what she says when on the phone. First I thought that it is because I am too tired and life is going really fast but now I think it is something else. Please do let me know what can be done.

Hello, it is already good that you are somebody which is ready to accept that there is some problem. You should know that this is just a phase and you are not a troubled teen. You just need some help and guide. I think that you are going through a Attention Deficit Disorder. And this is curable. You cans peak to your parents about it. Tell them that you need to go to a booth camp to cure this problem.
