Hi, this is Jessica and I have two children, from the last two three months I am observing my elder daughter is increasing her weight day by day she is only ten years old now. Although she is taking good diet and all I don’t know why her weight is increasing. I feel very upset for her because she can’t move or walk properly; she is getting lots of problems because of her obesity. So, can you please suggest me with helpful information?


In my opinion, you need to consult with some child specialist or visit in health care centers, these child specialists are well experienced to handle these child problems. They will provide you effective treatment procedure to help your daughter to over come from over weight problems and help her to live tension free life.

Overweight is very serious problem that causes several chronic diseases and problems. As your ten years daughter’s weight is increasing heavily so you should not consider it lightly. There might be various causes for increasing weight that make teenager morbid obese. Obesity is the hindrance in daily life routine works. Perhaps your daughter is affected from overeating disorder, or bulimia that increases body weight. Genetic reasons also cause overweight. Consult your daughter to any professional teen counselor who offers the treatment for overweight. Treatment center serves overweight children with extended care programs. After the treatment your daughter will get a normal weight.

In my opinion, you should advice your daughter to do some regular exercise and work out which is very helpful to reduce and lose some weight. Secondly, you can join her in boarding schools or teens camps, these camps have a good team of specialists that provide physician and counselors to give excellent treatment for teens obesity problems.

You make a good diet plan for your daughter. You need to make your daughter understand about the real benefits of balanced diet in day to day life. Tell her about the importance of morning walk and jogging. It will keep her fit and fine. Sometime unnecessary appetite starts with laziness and less workout. It also increases body weight.
