Hi. I am Laura. I have a son of eighteen and a daughter of fifteen. Both of them have always been going out together. They have the same friends and enjoy the same activities. I feel good to see them together but since few days I have noticed that their behavior towards me has completely changed. We are not friends anymore. And they remain in their room. What to do? What’s wrong with them? They have become lazy, unpleasant and have red eyes very often.

Hello Laura, your situation must be really tough because both teens are concerned. First of all, are you sure that they are not under some drug or alcohol. I feel that maybe your teens are being influenced by somebody who is not guiding them right. Find out if they have not become drug or alcohol addicted. And if they are addicted to it then you should send them to a therapist for a treatment.
