Hi, my son was the brightest among all my children. He was sweet, well mannered and a good student. Since few months, he has started roaming around with boys elder to him and they do not seem to be nice people at all. His friends are having a very bad impact on him. He has become very rude to me and he does not listen to what I say. Few days back, he slapped one of his female classmates for a silly reason. I had been called to school for this. And he has been expelled.

Hello, in your case it seems not to be a troubled teen kind of problem. And what you say shows clearly that it is due to his new friend that he is changing so fast. What I can advise you is to speak to him and explain him the consequences of his behavior but if you feel that things have gone too far off I would still advise you to go to a therapist. He will help you and your teen.
