Hi! I am Jenny. I am 18 years old and I am in high school. On your site, I have read a bit about troubled teens and I do wonder if I am one of them. I am a very lazy girl, I love sleeping and doing nothing. In the last few months I have lost all my friends and I enjoy been in my room. My performance has always been bad but it is gong worst. What should I do?

Dear Jenny, usually teens having troubles like these are not much conscious of it and they do not search online about it. So the fact that you are conscious of your degrading state and that you are actively ready to solve it, is really going to help you. First of all, understand that your studies are very important, they will build your future and it will polish your personality. So stick to them. Once you are back on the studies track, everything will go on well. If you need more help, go to a therapist.
