I'm from South Africa and am also desperate to find one of these "therapeutic boarding schools or camps ' for my horribly defiant, way out of control 14 yr old daughter, who has also on top of it all been diagnosed with Bipolar. We have absolutely nothing of the sort that I am searching for, in this country. It seems that they are all in the US which is completely unaffordable to me because of the exchange rate. I have tried absolutely everything I can think of, also stopped working to stay home for her and have tried to be a really great mom. Plus. Nothing helps, she just gets worse by the week! If anyone has any ideas...Please Help....I'd really appreciate it....I'm truly at my wits end....
