Hello, my son is 15 years old and has been gaining a lot of weight. He is a teen so I always thought that I should not stop him from eating but now I have started feeling the he is becoming obese. He has no fix timings and he eats whatever he feels like. I don’t even remember him eating any fruits or nutritious meals. He is a teenager so I don’t want him to diet. Could you please tell me what to do?

Hi, obesity is a problem faced by many teens nowadays. Parents are busy and don’t get time to cook nice meals for their teens. I understand that you don’t want him to diet. It might stop his growth. So I would advise you to give him nutritional food and cooked at home. Moreover, you should make a routine and the entire family should follow it properly. If you think that your teen is not cooperating and finds him unmanageable then you should go to a therapist and he will advise you many ways to cure your troubled teen.
