Hi, my name is Rossy. I am eighteen and I am going to join college. I really don’t feel comfortable with my body. I feel that I am too fat and too ugly. In the last past one year, due the study pressure, I had gained a lot of weight and now I have taken this habit of eating a lot. I feel weak when I eat less and very often I just can’t control my hunger. Could you please guide me? Is a mental problem or physical one?

Hello Rossy, teenagers usually have this problem of loosing and gaining weight very fast. To keep a control is good but it should not obsess you. Moreover, it is not only looks which makes a good image of you but it is also your personality. Before joining college, I would advise you to go to a booth camp for female teens during summer vacations. There, they will teach you manners and good eating habits and you will have fun too.
