Hello, my name is John and I am doing a master in computer science. To study or to work I need silence; this is the only way for me to build up concentration. Due to this, I have started working at night and this has changed my entire life and routine. I have taken the habit of having one meal at 3 am. This extra meal has become very troublesome because due to that I am gaining weight and a lot of weight.


Hi John, You should understand that health is as much important as study, if not more. I would advise you to stop this bad routine and start an organized life. Gaining weight because of an extra meal is not good at all. If you find it tough to stop this routine then try to eat fruits and vegetables instead of having a real meal.
