Hello, my parents fight a lot and do not give me love at all. All they can do is working and fighting. I am fifteen and I don’t even remember when was the last time I had spend some good time with my parents. I think that they are too busy in their professional life and they do not have time for me. Could you please tell me what is the solution? What should I do to get more attention? I feel very frustrated and I feel like breaking down.

Hi, I can understand your position and I feel good to see somebody as strong as you are. You know, life goes so fast for parents that they do not get the chance to question themselves and see if they are making some mistakes. I think the bet solution would be to speak to them about it. Tell them what you told me or just make them read this message. Spending some quality time with your parent is important and it makes memorable moments. Be strong and if you need more help , ask some elder ones to help you out: for example your mom’s best friend.
