Hi, I and my husband have this bad tendency of fighting very often in front of our two sons. One is five years and the other one is fourteen. Since few months, I have realized that these fights might be having some impact on my sons or at least on the elder one. One of his school friends told me that my son says that life is not fun and that nobody plays with him at home. I do no understand what to do. How should I keep a balance between my relationship, my work and my children? Are my kids suffering of any mental problem due to me? Please guide me.

The impact of your fight at home is not only affecting your elder son but your younger son too. At five, children understand everything. These fights might make them irritable and insecure persons, so the best will not to fight in front of them so that they don’t become troubled teens. You should know that you have the responsibility of two kids, you have to form them during this period and for that you will have to give time to your teens.
