Hi! I am Matt. I am 17 years old and my weight is 90 Kg. It makes me a center of fun among my friends. I am also suffering from various other health problems due to my obesity. I want to lose weight, but I can’t stop myself from eating lot of fast food in school and at home as well. I have tried many options, but nothing worked for me. What should I do?

Dear Matt, First thing I want to say that you are lucky that are so seriously concerned about your problem and also try many things to lose weight. But now it’s time to do something really effective. First thing that you have to do is to develop full determination in your mind. Second thing you can do is to take advice from a good doctor and dietician. Regular exercise will help you a lot so you can join a good gym. This will help you in losing weight.

This problem is seen in lot of teens of your age. But it’s not very difficult to lose weight. All you need is a good motivation and regular exercise. There are many boot camps that give good training about proper eating habits. It will certainly help you a lot.

Hi Matt, you are not the only person who is facing this problem. 70% of teenagers in America are facing weight problems. You have to control on your diet, avoid fast foods, eat green vegetables as much you can, join gym, and go for jogging daily. To loose weight you have to work hard.

Hi Matt, I know how it feels when people nag you. Dieting is solution of your problem but as you wrote you can’t stop yourself from eating than the only option you have is boot camp. Their military type training will definitely help you to lose your weight.

Hi Matt, this is David. I think this is the common problem in teens. Remember one thing that man can do any thing in this world. So work hard to loose your weight. From today onwards you must and should follow a systematic method while eating and should consult a doctor and strictly follow his guidelines and with in few weeks you will almost come out of your problem.

I think you can come out of the problem with in weeks because you posted this question that shows your interest to get reed of your problem. Isn’t it. So you should have that strong determination in following all the steps to make you less weight. Think positive you can do it.

It’s nice thing that you have noticed obesity problem by yourself. You are very young and you can do a lot of efforts to reduce your weight. Go for regular exercise. You have to make a strict timetable and follow it. Boot camps are also a good option for you to reduce weight. Control on yourself because only you can help yourself.

You have to think only one thing that you have to lose your weight in few days. This spirit will help you and you will be successful. Eat less and do more work. If you ignore this problem now, may be it will create other problem. Several centers are running for this.

Hello dear. It’s high time you start loosing weight. You must reduce your weight anyhow to avoid any major health problems in future. But as you said, you cannot stop your mouth from eating, this is very wrong. In spite of suffering with various health problems and reason to laugh for others, you don’t want to make yourself understand about this eating disorder. Start working out and play games.

Despite of asking help from others, I would suggest you to first help yourself. In this age if you are having health problems then imagine yourself 10 years from now! Stop eating junk food and develop a healthy eating habit. Check your weight and consult a doctor so that he can give you a healthy diet. Work out in gym and do brisk walking. You can also go for swimming and playing games like basket ball, volley ball etc.
