This type of problem often happens to the teenagers. This is a symptom of Attention Deficit Disorder. Don’t bother too much as it is completely curable. You can take help of some good psychiatrist that will help you to regain the concentration. There are various other techniques to increase concentration such as meditation. Regular exercise will also help you.

I think you are suffering from ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). You can join a good boot camp or a summer camp. Various outdoor activities in these camps help you to regain your lost concentration. You can also take help of a good therapist. Sometimes due to excess pressure and stress of studies also cause this problem. So don’t take too much tension of studies and try to calm down yourself.
