Hi my name is Rob, my son was great in studies, and all the time he stood first in class. But from last two to three months, he is lacking in concentration and all the time he looks dense. Tell me what should I do for my son.

Dear Rob! I think your son is experiencing difficulties in studies. It may be due to extra pressure and stress of studies. You should talk to him very calmly and try to find out what is going wrong with him. It may be some early symptoms of ADD so you should take him to a good counselor which can help you a lot.

Sudden lack of concentration in studies may be due to some incidents in schools such as school bullying, sexual abuse etc. You should go to his school and try to find out what’s going wrong there. You should also talk to his friends also. If you found something wrong then immediately go to the therapist.

I would agree with my friends answer because the reason would be like he is stress. Try to make sure his work from the past one month and analyze the amount of work he is doing and the work he is not able to do. So that you could find the reason for your sons distress.
